Go Energy Begins Program to Hire Vets

Updated: Oct 26, 2018

On October 25, 2018, as the outcome of a meeting with Maryland's Go Energy, CEO, Bill Midgett and a start-up nonprofit organization called, "Red Elephant 6" in the launching stages by founder and CEO, Anthony Latimer, promulgated a meeting of the minds on how to serve Maryland's retired, disabled, and wounded U.S. Veteran community.

We are striving to find ways to thank our local veterans for their service to our country, and believe the strong disciplines associated with our nation's troops will have a profound impact on the mission of Red Elephant 6. ~ Anthony Latimer, CEO.

Go Energy, a company that provides homeowners, REALTORS, and other real estate professionals, with certified mold inspections and remediation services, in addition to BPI Certified energy audits to find incentives for energy efficiency improvements for their customers - has made it their goal for the upcoming 2019 year to dedicate at least 30% of their expected new hires to retired and disabled United States Veterans. Go Energy will hire, train, and assist the Veteran with obtaining certification and necessary equipment for their independent contractor status as a Go Energy BPI Certified Energy Auditor for the State of Maryland.

Go Energy is a contributor for Red Elephant 6, a nonprofit organization in the process of launching, whose mission is to assist in substance abuse rehabilitation and workforce re-entry in Southern Maryland.
